About SOPhero
Every shift has a hero
Every shift has a hero: the person who knows exactly how it should be done. SOPhero captures that person’s know-how and puts it in every hand at every station, in every language — so every crew member can be the hero of the guest’s experience, and every outlet stays inspection-ready.
We are not a document library and we are not a training portal. We write, embed and prove operating standards: Diagnose → Codify → Embed → Prove.

Why we exist
Know-how is the most valuable thing you own, and the least protected
Hospitality reports 70–80% annual staff turnover, and above 100% in quick service. Every resignation takes part of the standard with it — and every opening rebuilds it from scratch.
The industry has solved this with binders, intranets and induction videos nobody watches. Meanwhile the people who actually hold the standard — your best chef de partie, your front desk supervisor, your housekeeping lead — are never asked to write it down, because they do not have time and that is not their job.
So we ask them for ten minutes of talking instead. Voice, video, photos. AI structures it, an expert validates it, and it lands on a phone at the station, read aloud in the language that person thinks in.
Then the part that actually matters: proof. A Standard Score per outlet, an evidence trail for the inspection, and a loop that keeps the standard current rather than archived.

What we believe
Four positions we hold firmly
These shape what we build and what we refuse to build.
The best standard is already in the building
You do not need us to invent how to run your operation. You need what your best people already know to be captured, validated and reachable by everyone else.
Documents are not standards
A standard is only real when it reaches the station, in the right language, at the moment it is needed — and when you can prove it was followed.
Consistency is a hospitality promise
Guests do not experience your brand book. They experience whoever is on shift. Standards are how you keep the promise when the roster changes.
Local rules are part of the standard
A wage step, a heat stress measure, a food safety certificate: each one is an operating step on someone’s shift. Regulation belongs in the standard, not in a filing cabinet.
Who we build for
Operators who cannot afford inconsistency
Four situations, one problem: the standard has to hold without the founder in the room.

Founding partner programme open
We would rather earn the first references than invent them
The founding partner programme is how we open each market: a small cohort in Singapore and Malaysia gets priority onboarding, founding pricing and a direct say in what gets written next. We would rather earn the first references than invent them — which is why the cohort stays small, and why partners work with the people building SOPhero.
Founding terms on your first Standards Health Check and SOP Build
A say in what the market packs contain, and in what order
Direct access to the team building it, not a support queue
An honest written view of what is proven and what is still being proven
Where we are
Singapore
Pack live. MOM, SFA, SCDF, CSA and PDPA obligations mapped to operating steps.
Malaysia
Pack in progress, with the amended PDPA already mapped. Early access open.
Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam
Architecture ready. The platform, currency, consent and calendar layers are already market-aware — the packs are written next.

Your standards are being tested this week, with or without you
Start with the three-minute Scorecard. If the score is uncomfortable, book the Health Check — two weeks, a scored gap map and a build plan you can act on.
SOPhero turns rules into operating steps. It is not legal advice.
