Facilities & cleaning
The same clean on every site, every night
“Every site has to be cleaned to the contract, safely, by whoever is on shift tonight, and I have to prove it to the client.”
Cleaning teams work alone, at night, across dozens of client sites, often in their second or third language. SOPhero puts the colour chart, the dilution, the spill kit and the isolation-room sequence on the cleaner's phone at the site, read aloud in their language, and gives supervisors one place to see what was done, what was missed and what the client should hear.

What changes when the standard holds
- Colour coding and chemical dilution as steps at the dosing point, with the strength checked and logged where the site uses test strips
- Sharps, body fluid spills, isolation rooms and outbreak cleaning that a new or agency cleaner follows correctly on the first night
- Kitchen deep cleans handed over and back with the kitchen manager, sanitiser strength recorded
- Working at height, lone working and wet floors covered before anyone is hurt
- Quality inspections, complaints and training records your clients can see, site by site
Founding partner programme open. We are building the first cohort of SOPhero operators and will say plainly what is proven and what is still being proven.

At the station
The controls that matter, where the work happens.
- Colour coding
- Red for toilets, yellow for basins and clinical areas, blue for general, green for food. Nothing crosses.
- Dilution
- Measured dose, never by eye, never two products mixed, strength checked where the site requires it.
- Spills and sharps
- Cordon, PPE, spill kit and tongs; chlorine strength and contact time kept; every find reported.
- Healthcare
- Isolation room and ward cleans in the order infection control sets, PPE on and off at the door.
- Food premises
- Handover from the kitchen manager, equipment isolated, food-contact surfaces rinsed and sanitised.
- People
- Lone-worker check-ins, ladders and poles, manual handling and new-starter sign-off.
Starter pack
24 standards to start from, not a blank page
Each one arrives as a draft to adapt to your sites, contracts and products. Strengths come from your chemical supplier and your client's infection control team, and every safety-critical standard is signed off by a cleaning and infection-control expert before it reaches a site.

Questions
What operators ask first.
Each client site has its own set of standards. The cleaner opens it once on their own phone and keeps it on the home screen, so there is nothing to scan room by room. A single code in the cleaners’ store opens it for anyone new to the site. Steps are read aloud in their language if they prefer. Nothing to install.
Yes. The starter standards are drafts. Dilutions come from your chemical supplier’s instructions and safety data sheets, and the colour code is set to the one each client site uses.
The pack includes body fluid spills, isolation room cleans, ward cleans, hand hygiene and outbreak cleaning. On a hospital site, the client’s infection control instructions always take precedence, and those standards are reviewed by an infection-control expert before use.
Quality inspection scores, complaints and how they were closed, training records by cleaner, and drill records, site by site.
