aisop is the voice coach inside SOPhero. Crew ask at the station, in their own language, and hear the answer your best people would give, taken only from the standards you have approved.

How aisop answers
Most AI assistants know a little about everything. aisop knows your approved standards and nothing else, which is exactly what a crew member needs at 9pm on a Saturday.
01
Your SOPs are captured from your best people, checked by an expert and approved by a named owner. That approved set is all aisop knows.
02
By voice or text, from the QR at the station. No app to install, no login to remember, hands free when they need it.
03
The answer comes from your standards, read aloud, with the card and version it used. If it is not in your standards, aisop says so and calls in a person.
The aisop promise
Only your approved SOPs
It has no other knowledge to draw on. No internet, no guesses, no generic advice.
Every answer shows its source
The card, the version and the person who approved it, under every reply.
Speaks the crew’s language
Asked and answered in 30 crew languages, aloud and hands-free where the phone has the voice.
Knows when to stop
If it is not in your standards, aisop says so and sends crew to the duty manager.
What crew ask
Every department has the same handful of moments where a wrong answer hurts someone, fails an inspection or costs money. These are the ones aisop is built for.

The limits are the product. They are what let you put an AI in front of crew on a busy shift.
No, by design. If a question falls outside your approved standards it says so and routes the crew member to the person you nominate, usually the duty manager. Those questions are logged, so you can see where a standard is missing.
30 crew languages, from Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and Tagalog to Hindi, Nepali, Arabic and the main European languages. Voice works best in the most widely spoken ones; in Burmese, Khmer, Sinhala phones rarely understand speech yet, so crew type the question and read the answer. Local words like “tapau” or “86” are understood through your glossary, and the approved standard stays the source of truth.
No. They scan the QR at their station and aisop opens in the phone’s browser. It works on the phones your crew already carry.
Your standard owners. When a step changes, the new version is validated and approved before aisop uses it, and every answer shows which version it came from.
Yes. The questions crew ask most, and the ones aisop could not answer, show up in the learning loop, so training and SOP updates go where they are needed.
