Standards evidence

The record your auditor asks for, kept as the work happens.

SOPhero is not a certification and does not replace your management system. It keeps the procedures, training and corrective-action records that a food safety, quality or safety audit looks at first.

Food safety

Food safety systems stand or fall on whether critical limits are met on every batch, and whether you can show it.

Prerequisite programmes as steps at the station
Cleaning, hygiene entry, pest control, receiving and storage, written as short steps crew follow.
Critical limits recorded at the control point
Cooking, cooling, hot holding and transport readings logged at the step, with the limit beside them.
Corrective action on a missed limit
An out-of-limit reading waits until someone records what was done with the product and why.
Traceability and incidents
Batch and label standards, mock recall, and one incident checklist from hold to root cause.
Verification
Probe calibration and the daily QA walk as standards, with their records.

ISO 9001 · ISO 45001

Quality, health and safety

Both standards ask for controlled procedures, competent people and evidence that the work was done as written.

Controlled documented information
Every standard has an owner, a version, a review date and a sign-off, and the current version is the one at the station.
Competence and training records
Who completed which standard, when, in which language and with what result, exported by person or site.
Operational control
Work steps at the point of use, in the language of the person doing it.
Nonconformity and corrective action
Missed limits, incidents and complaints closed with a recorded action and cause.
Emergency preparedness
Fire, lockdown and invacuation drills by site, with who took part and what needs work.

Questions

What operators ask first.

No. Only an accredited certification body can certify your organisation. SOPhero gives you the controlled procedures, training records and corrective-action trail an auditor asks to see.

Food safety management (HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000), quality management (ISO 9001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), because all three depend on documented procedures being followed and recorded at the point of work.
