Market modules

Local rules, switched on when you need them.

A module adds the standards one market or one rule asks for, on top of your industry pack. Each arrives as a draft for your team to adapt and an expert to sign off.

Heat stress

Outdoor, event, delivery and hot-kitchen crews

New and returning workers collapse first on the hottest days. Acclimatisation, breaks and water are simple, and only work if they happen on every shift before the season peaks.

6 standards

  • Heat acclimatisation for new and returning workers
  • Breaks, shade and hydration in high heat
  • Heat illness: recognise and respond
  • Outdoor events and banquet set-up in the heat
  • Delivery riders and drivers in the heat
  • Hot kitchens, dish and laundry rooms

Martyn's Law

Venues and premises that can hold 200 or more people: restaurants, hotels, event spaces and caterers on site

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 asks responsible persons to have public protection procedures. Staff need to know what to do in the first minutes, and to have practised it.

Lockdown and invacuation work as emergency standards: if a crew member says "attacker" or "suspicious package" to aisop, it opens the lockdown steps, not the fire evacuation.

5 standards

  • Lockdown
  • Invacuation
  • Evacuation for a security threat
  • Communication during an incident
  • Public protection drills and training

Hygiene certificate kit (SLHS)

Kitchens that feed schools and institutions, jasa boga caterers and SPPG kitchens

A Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi needs kitchen practices that hold every day, food handlers who can show what they were trained on, and records an inspector can read. The kit is written in Bahasa Indonesia, for the people doing the work.

Halal handling

Certified halal kitchens, caterers and outlets, and operators applying for certification

Halal status is lost at the receiving bay, the shared pan or the new sauce bought without checking. A named halal supervisor and steps every cook follows keep it intact between audits.

6 standards

  • Halal supervisor duties
  • Receiving halal ingredients
  • Segregation and storage
  • Dedicated utensils and equipment
  • Alcohol and flavourings
  • Halal status at service and delivery

The record

Every pack and module comes with the proof it was followed.

Readings log
Temperatures, times and strengths recorded at the critical step, with an alert and a corrective action when a limit is missed.
Incidents
One checklist for illness, reactions and contamination: hold, notify, exclude, retrain, deep clean, root cause, close. Every step signed and timed.
Drills
Fire, lockdown and invacuation drills by site, with who took part, how long it took and what needs work.
Diet labels
Special diets, allergens and texture levels per person, checked by a second person before the label prints.
Training records
Who completed which standard, when and in which language, exported in the shape your regulator or client asks for.
Programme roll-up
Every kitchen or site in a programme on one screen: certificate, training coverage, open incidents.

Questions

What operators ask first.

A set of standards for one rule or one market that sits on top of your industry pack, such as heat stress, Martyn’s Law, the Indonesian SLHS hygiene certificate or halal handling. You switch on only the ones that apply to you.

No platform can make you compliant on its own. A module gives you operating steps, training and records that match the rule. Your team adapts them to your sites, and an expert reviews them against the current rules before they go live.

The SLHS kit is written in Bahasa Indonesia. Every standard can be read at the station in any of the 31 crew languages SOPhero supports.

Market modules

Tell us which rules you are working to

A Health Check maps your current procedures against your industry pack and the modules your market needs, and shows what to fix first.

SOPhero turns rules into operating steps. It is not legal advice.
