Your validated SOP, at the bench, in the operator's language
The current approved version of every procedure where the work happens, read aloud in the language your operators think in, without touching your document control.
“Every operator has to follow the current approved SOP exactly, on every shift, including the one who joined this month, and I have to be able to show it.”

What changes when the standard holds
In a lab the SOP is usually right and the problem is getting it to the bench. It sits in a binder or an eQMS three rooms away, in English, while the operator is gloved up at the laminar flow hood. SOPhero shows the current approved version as short steps at the autoclave, the pouring hood, the biosafety cabinet and the spill kit, read aloud in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Mandarin or any of 31 crew languages, and logs the readings against their limits.
- Your controlled SOPs as step cards with SOP number, version and effective date, withdrawn from every device the moment a new version takes effect
- Shared station tablets in wipeable cases where phones are not allowed, with a personal PIN for every sign-off
- Critical readings logged at the step: autoclave hold, pouring temperature, incubators and fridges, room pressure, purified water
- Culture spill, needlestick and chemical splash cards that open the moment an operator asks, in their own language
- Training before a procedure, and proof of it, for ISO/IEC 17025 competence and GMP training records
- Starts as a work aid alongside your official records, so nothing changes in your validated systems until you decide it should

At the station
The controls that matter, where the work happens.
- Materials
- Receipt and quarantine, sampling, balance check and dispensing against the batch record.
- Media production
- Line clearance, preparation, blending and filling, batch coding and labelling.
- Sterilisation
- Autoclave start-up, biological indicators, validated cycles and plate pouring under laminar airflow.
- Cleanroom
- Gowning, disinfectant rotation, settle plates and air sampling, room pressure and humidity.
- QC microbiology
- Growth promotion, seed lots, biosafety cabinet work, incubator checks and out-of-specification first steps.
- EHS and biosafety
- Culture and chemical spills, sharps exposure, biomedical waste, liquid nitrogen and gas cylinders.
Starter pack
38 procedures to start from, not a blank page
The starter pack lets you see a working system on day one. In practice it is replaced by, or checked against, your own validated SOPs: limits, cycles and methods always come from your procedures, and nothing reaches a bench until your QA has approved it.

The record
Proof it was done, kept as the work happens.
A missed limit never goes unrecorded
Crew record the temperature, time or strength at the critical step. Out of limit, the step stops, the manager is alerted, and the reading waits until someone records what was done.
- Limits set per step from your own plan
- Works offline at the station and syncs later
- Exports for an inspector or a client audit

Run a bench proof of concept
Eight weeks, three areas of your lab, your own approved SOPs. Your official records stay where they are, and you get a readout against measures you agree up front.
Questions
What operators ask first.
No. Your document system stays the master. SOPhero shows the current approved version of each SOP at the bench, with its number, version and effective date, and withdraws a card from every device when the SOP is superseded.
Not yet. Labs start with SOPhero as a work aid alongside their official logbooks and batch records, so nothing changes in their validated systems. Electronic signatures and a supplier validation package are on our roadmap, and we agree the scope with your QA before any records move.
On shared station tablets in wipeable cases, placed at the autoclave, the pouring hood, the biosafety cabinet or the spill kit, according to your contamination-control rules. Each operator signs in with a personal PIN, so every sign-off is attributed.
Any of 31 crew languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Mandarin and Bahasa. Technical terms and every number stay exactly as in the approved SOP, and every translation is checked by a fluent person before it reaches the bench.
With an eight-week bench proof of concept in three areas, using your own approved SOPs. You agree the measures up front, such as time for a new operator to work unsupervised, and get a written readout at the end.
Other situations

GM / Operations
Fewer fires, and audit-ready every day.
HR / L&D
Faster ramp-up for every hire, every language.
Quality / Food safety
An evidence trail, not a filing cabinet.
